With festivities around the corner and Diwali parties kicking in, I often find myself in a quandary.. How do you accessorize an Indian ensemble without resorting to the traditional batwa.
Here’s a quick round-up of my favorite clutches that will perfectly complement any Indian ensemble –
This brand will be my forever favorite – especially when it comes to accessories! This gorgeous box clutch with pearl detailing is the perfect match for your Indian outfits
‘Reflection Pandora’ clutch is made from intricate cutout gold-tone brass placed over mirrored Perspex for a beautiful light-catching effect.
I absolutely love the Glitter-finished ombré-effect Plexiglas® clutch is finished with a lipstick holder at one side – whats more is it comes with the ‘Vanilla Suede’ shade from the brand’s beauty collection. So your lipstick is always on point at every diwali do!
Even Michael Kors can’t resist contributing to Diwali Glam – this India Edition clutch is the perfect addition to your to wardrobe.
Card parties are my favorite part of Diwali – this Kotur’s ‘Bacall’ clutch is designed to resemble a pack of playing cards adds just the right amount of fun!

Ever wanted to play Pictionary with Gigi Hadid ? Well, you probably won’t get the chance, but you can live vicariously through Micheal Kors in this clip, who recently played the game with the stunning supermodel!
Let the games begin!
The 20-year-old beauty and the 55-year-old fashion designer sat down together for the very first Glamour Games, during which the two (who are actually quite in sync) answered various questions about food, fashion, music, movies and more.
Micheal showing off his skills
The glamourous pair asked each other a series of questions which had to be answered by drawing a picture.
So what did we find out? Well, we learn about the duo’s style icons, their favourite inventions and what they think their best features are.
We also discovered that Gigi is a girl after our own heart; the model surprisingly admitted that the one thing that can always cheer her up is a cheeseburger. She even convinces Michael to take her out for one…if she wins!
Biggest takeaway from the clip? The Sports Illustrated stunner is a big fan of carbs (not fair with that bod!).

Set in the Le Palais Bulles is just that—a palace of terra-cotta bubbles set into a cliffside halfway between Cannes and Monaco, Raf Simmons presented his collection for Cruise 16.
The atmosphere the house loaned to the evening was utterly appropriate. “Playful, sweet…childish, almost,” said Raf Simmons.
The Dior heritage was evident throughout the show—the low-heeled, pointed shoes, Dior’s classic femme fleur was abstracted in shimmering, crystal-strewn florals or, most spectacularly, in the net overdresses that restrained pleated underskirts took my breath away! I love that there was shape, but there was also ease.
Here’s a quick look at my favorite looks from the show!
The texture on these looks is worth killing for!
….and i cant help but LOVE these chic silhouettes!
I Love how Raf went crazy with Plaid – the hardy print may not be synonymous with beachy, Cruise glamour but trust Simons to reinvent it – he whipped it into sweet yet structured sundresses with a touch of Bardot to them, slouchy trousers, and faintly Victorian blouses.
Take a bow, Raf, your collection was fantastic!
